Returns & Exchanges

At Cleens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
